Donkey & Goat Winery, founded in 2004 by Jared and Tracey Brandt, is an urban winery specializing in natural wines using sustainable practices. Wines are produced with minimal intervention, following biodynamic and organic farming principles. They practice foot stomping and fermenting with indigenous yeasts. Plus, bottling is done without fining or filtration.
The facility includes a tasting room open to the public for wine sampling. Wines offered include Rhône varietals and Chardonnay. Grapes are sourced from vineyards in the Sierra Nevada, Mendocino, and Napa regions.
Donkey & Goat Winery hosts events throughout the year, such as wine release parties and seasonal celebrations. Visitors can enjoy live music and food pairings during select events.
