NAEUM presents contemporary Korean cuisine in cozy, warm setting. Chef Louis Han crafts seasonal episodic menus, each narrating a different culinary theme which can be paired both with wine or non-alcoholic options.
Seasonal changes dictate menu options. Signature dishes include memilmyeon, buckwheat noodles paired with scallop, and wando jeonbok, a combination of abalone and wagyu beef. Lunch service is available on Fridays and Saturdays.
