Formerly Kappo Shunsui, the restaurant Shunsui is the result of a merger between Kyuu by Shunsui and Michelin Plate awardee Kappo Shunsui. Offering an Omakase experience defined by fresh seafood, the restaurant allows diners to watch their meals being prepared through streaming projections of chef Kazu Oyama at work combining traditional Japanese culinary techniques with modern presentation. The menu features sushi, sashimi, and a variety of seafood. The restaurant’s intimate setting is designed with a modern aesthetic. With a focus on Omakase-style Japanese cuisine, the restaurant emphasizes seasonal ingredients from Japan.
