Formerly Kappo Shunsui, the restaurant Shunsui is the result of a merger between Kyuu by Shunsui and Michelin Plate awardee Kappo Shunsui. Offering an Omakase experience defined by fresh seafood, the restaurant allows diners to watch their meals being prepared through streaming projections of chef Kazu Oyama at work combining traditional Japanese culinary techniques with modern presentation.
